供膠系統(tǒng)的好壞會(huì)直接影響著供膠的穩(wěn)定，也決定著后的中空玻璃打膠質(zhì)量。如果在打膠機(jī)打膠過程中供膠不穩(wěn)定，就會(huì)造成產(chǎn)品打膠不飽滿或者過滿，導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的嚴(yán)重缺陷。

Component B rubber lifting is provided by pneumatic reciprocating pump, which is piped to boost the pressure of component B high pressure plunger pump driven by oil pressure.

打膠系統(tǒng)很好理解了，主要進(jìn)行后的打膠操作。其中打膠系統(tǒng)中還配備PCL控制系統(tǒng)，以及各種光感感應(yīng)器組成。

操作人員將即將打膠的中空玻璃放入待打膠區(qū)域后設(shè)備自動(dòng)檢測(cè)并根據(jù)操作人員所設(shè)定的參數(shù)進(jìn)行全自動(dòng)打膠機(jī)。在整個(gè)打膠過程中，只要開始由操作人員設(shè)定參數(shù)，其余過程不需要工人進(jìn)行干預(yù)也不需要對(duì)每塊玻璃都進(jìn)行設(shè)置。
The operator will put the hollow glass to be glued into the glued area, then the equipment will automatically detect and carry out the automatic gluer according to the parameters set by the operator. In the whole gluing process, as long as the parameters are set by the operator, the rest of the process does not require the intervention of workers or the setting of each piece of glass.
