1. 膠閥滴漏

此種情形經(jīng)常發(fā)生予膠閥關(guān)畢以后。95%的此種情形是因?yàn)槭褂玫尼橆^口徑太小所致。太小的針頭會(huì)影響液體的流動(dòng)造成背壓, 結(jié)果導(dǎo)致膠閥關(guān)畢后不久形成滴漏的現(xiàn)象. 過(guò)小的針頭也會(huì)影響膠閥開始使用時(shí)的排氣泡動(dòng)作.只要更換較大的針頭即可解決這種問(wèn)題。錐形斜式針頭產(chǎn)生的背壓少, 液體流動(dòng)順暢。液體內(nèi)空氣在膠閥關(guān)畢后會(huì)產(chǎn)生滴漏現(xiàn)象, 好是預(yù)先排除液體內(nèi)空氣,，或改用不容易含氣泡的膠.或先將膠離心脫泡后在使用。
This often happens after the rubber valve is closed. 95% of the cases were due to the small caliber of the needle used. Too small needles can affect the flow of liquid and cause back pressure, resulting in drip leakage shortly after the closure of the rubber valve. Too small needles can also affect the action of exhausting bubbles when the rubber valve starts to use. This problem can be solved by replacing larger needles. Conical oblique needle produces the least back pressure and the smoothest flow of liquid. The air in the liquid will drip after the rubber valve is closed. It is better to exclude the air in the liquid beforehand, or change to a rubber which is not easy to contain bubbles, or to defoam the rubber centrifugally before using it.
2. 出膠大小不一致

當(dāng)出膠不一致時(shí)主要為儲(chǔ)存流體的壓力筒或空氣壓力不穩(wěn)定所產(chǎn)生。進(jìn)氣壓力調(diào)壓表應(yīng)設(shè)定于比廠內(nèi)低壓力低10至15psi.，壓力筒使用的壓力應(yīng)介于調(diào)壓表中間以上的壓力, 應(yīng)避免使用壓力介于壓力表之中低壓力部分。膠閥控制壓力應(yīng)至少60psi以上以確保出膠穩(wěn)定。后應(yīng)檢查出膠時(shí)間.若小于15/1000秒會(huì)造成出膠不穩(wěn)定.，出膠時(shí)間愈長(zhǎng)出膠愈穩(wěn)定。
When the gum is discharged inconsistently, it is mainly caused by unstable pressure cylinder or air pressure for storing fluid. The intake pressure regulator should be set at 10 to 15 psi below the lowest pressure in the factory. The pressure used in the pressure cylinder should be above the middle of the pressure regulator, and the pressure between the middle and low pressure parts of the pressure gauge should be avoided. The control pressure of the rubber valve should be at least 60 psi to ensure the stability of the rubber tapping. Finally, check out the gel time. If less than 15/1000 seconds will cause unstable gel production. The longer the gel production time, the more stable the gel production.

3. 流速太慢
3. Flow velocity is too slow
流速若太慢應(yīng)將管路從1/4” 改為3/8”。管路若無(wú)需要應(yīng)愈短愈好。除了改管子,還要改出膠口和氣壓,這樣完全加快流速。
If the flow rate is too slow, the pipeline should be changed from 1/4"to 3/8". The shorter the pipeline is, the better. In addition to pipe modification, the rubber outlet and air pressure should also be changed to completely accelerate the flow rate.
4. 流體內(nèi)的氣泡

過(guò)大的流體壓力若加上過(guò)短的開閥時(shí)間則有可能將空氣滲入液體內(nèi). 解決方法為降低流體壓力并使用錐形斜式針頭。
Excessive fluid pressure and too short valve opening time may infiltrate air into the liquid. The solution is to reduce fluid pressure and use tapered oblique needle.
5. 瞬間膠在膠閥` 接頭` 及管路上堵塞

此種情形主要因過(guò)多的濕氣或重復(fù)使用過(guò)的瞬間膠. 應(yīng)確保使用新鮮的瞬間膠. 將管路以未含濕氣的Aceton丙酮徹底清洗過(guò). 使用的空氣應(yīng)確定完干燥且于廠內(nèi)空壓與膠閥系統(tǒng)間加裝過(guò)濾器. ( 以上方法如仍然無(wú)效, 則應(yīng)使用氮?dú)? ) 。
This situation is mainly due to excessive moisture or reused instantaneous glue. Fresh instantaneous glue should be ensured. Pipelines should be thoroughly cleaned with non-humid Aceton acetone. The air used should be determined to be dry and filters should be installed between the plant air pressure and the rubber valve system. (If the above methods are still ineffective, nitrogen should be used.) 。
