6、點膠成本：點膠方案多種多樣，并非所有的點膠都需要使用機器，也并非所有自動化點膠都必須附加到點膠機上。從成本考慮，如果某種膠水需要用太高價位機器，可以考慮更換膠水。如果附帶自動化的點膠機價位太高，可以考慮移動產(chǎn)品而不是點膠頭。

7、工作效率和環(huán)境影響：產(chǎn)品少，不追求效率，使用手動點膠機;室外工作，使用膠槍。要求精確控制出較量，使用機器。要求自動化點膠，則使用帶自動化功能機器(費用較高、效率也高)。

8、 混膠機膠水屬性：普通膠水用單組份點膠機，AB膠使用雙液點膠機， PU膠使用PU膠點膠機，UV膠使用特定針筒點膠。
