1、雙組份打膠機操作：

1)松開份額杠桿上的份額泵鎖緊螺釘，將份額泵表里調(diào)整至所需份額。只有當A膠和B膠的配比到達正常值時，才可進行下面的操作。

2)置挑選旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準兩片玻璃的中縫，翻開膠槍開關(guān)，以恰當速度平穩(wěn)地移動膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿充實為佳。打膠結(jié)束時封閉膠槍。
2) Set the selection knob on pump a and pump B, align the glue gun outlet with the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, turn on the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun steadily at an appropriate speed to fill up the two-component glue in the glass tank. Close the glue gun at the end of gluing.
更換膠桶：1)當膠桶內(nèi)的膠用完時，應(yīng)立即封閉A、B開關(guān)，停止打膠。
Replace the rubber barrel: 1) when the glue in the rubber barrel is used up, the A and B switches should be closed immediately to stop the glue application.
2)翻開雙組份打膠機A(或B)膠泵充氣開關(guān)，挑選A(或B)膠泵提高組織為上升位置，點動旋鈕使壓盤慢慢提起，此刻應(yīng)留意：膠桶盡量不要離開底盤，直至壓盤完全脫離膠桶時封閉A(或B)膠泵的充氣開關(guān)。
2) Turn on the inflation switch of a (or b) glue pump of the two-component glue applicator, select the a (or b) glue pump lifting organization as the rising position, and press the knob to slowly lift the pressure plate. At this moment, it should be noted that the rubber barrel should not leave the chassis as far as possible until the pressure plate is completely separated from the rubber barrel, and then close the inflation switch of a (or b) rubber pump.
3)雙組份打膠機撤出空桶，將新膠桶置于工作位置，重復(fù)第3、4、項操作。
3) Withdraw the empty barrel of the two-component glue applicator, put the new rubber barrel in the working position, and repeat the operations of items 3, 4.
膠槍：因雙組份膠是由兩種膠混合而成的，其凝固速度與環(huán)境溫度和A、B膠的份額有關(guān)，混合后的膠一般在20分鐘之內(nèi)就會反應(yīng)固化。所以，當設(shè)備在正常打膠后，20分鐘之內(nèi)不運用就必須將混合后的膠沖洗出來，以免堵塞混膠器和膠槍。

Glue gun: because the two-component glue is made by mixing two kinds of glue, its solidification rate is related to the ambient temperature and the proportion of glue a and B. the mixed glue will react and solidify within 20 minutes.
