　　點膠量一般是由點膠時間來控制的，時間越長膠量越大。

　　氣壓大，膠水流動速度快，膠量過多會溢出，氣壓小，膠水流動速度慢，膠量則會過少甚至出現(xiàn)點膠中斷或者漏點。運動速度正好相反。因此，需根據(jù)不同的氣壓調(diào)整運行速度

　　點膠過程中，應(yīng)該根據(jù)產(chǎn)品大小來選擇針頭。有時也會根據(jù)不同的膠水選擇針頭。

　　4、環(huán)境

　　膠水的粘稠度會影響點膠的質(zhì)量。粘度大點膠大，粘度小點膠小，一般情況下，需保持點膠機處于溫度23-25攝氏度的環(huán)境下，溫度過低膠水粘度增加，反之則降低。

　　5、氣泡

　　膠水要保證沒有氣泡。一個很小的氣泡就有可能導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)殘次品或者沒點到膠，所以每次更換膠管的時候一定要排空連接處的空氣，防止出現(xiàn)空打現(xiàn)象。

　　Glue should be guaranteed free of bubbles. A very small bubble may lead to defective products or no glue, so every time you change the hose, you must empty the air at the junction to prevent air beating.
