4、針頭大小和種類 針頭的大小會(huì)影響出膠的大小和精度,當(dāng)氣壓一定時(shí),針頭的咀越大,出膠就越大，應(yīng)根據(jù)產(chǎn)品大小來(lái)選取點(diǎn)膠針頭,一般針頭內(nèi) 徑大小應(yīng)為點(diǎn)膠膠點(diǎn)直徑的1/2左右,效果好。

5、點(diǎn)膠量的大小 點(diǎn)膠量的大小只要是由點(diǎn)膠持續(xù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短來(lái)決定的,時(shí)間越長(zhǎng).根據(jù)我們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)點(diǎn)膠量越大.膠點(diǎn)直徑的大小應(yīng)為產(chǎn)品間距的1/2。這樣就可以保證有充足的膠水來(lái)粘結(jié)組件又避免膠水的過(guò)多而造成的浪費(fèi).

7、工作效率和環(huán)境影響：產(chǎn)品少，不追求效率，使用手動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠機(jī);室外工作，使用膠槍。要求精確控制出較量，使用機(jī)器。要求自動(dòng)化點(diǎn)膠，則使用帶自動(dòng)化功能機(jī)器(費(fèi)用較高、效率也高)。

8、 混膠機(jī)膠水屬性：普通膠水用單組份點(diǎn)膠機(jī)，AB膠使用雙液點(diǎn)膠機(jī)， PU膠使用PU膠點(diǎn)膠機(jī)，UV膠使用特定針筒點(diǎn)膠。
